Grievance Redressal
Grievance Redressal Procedure
- Grievances related to Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) shall be addressed by the concerned course teacher and the Head of the Department, with the matter being reported to the Principal.
- Grievances related to External Semester Examinations shall be addressed by the Head of the Department, the Academic Dean(s) and the Controller of Examinations. The Principal shall be the final decision-making authority in such cases.
- Serious disciplinary issues shall be addressed by the Class In-charge, the Head of the Department and the Principal. The Principal shall take the final decision on matters requiring disciplinary action.
