HCIICT Achievements
The Student Startup Company “HAC BIODIGESTOR” received the second instalment of Rs. 80,000/- in February 2023 under Innovation Voucher Program from Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute, Department of MSME, Govt. of Tamil Nadu.
The same team received the 2nd Phase Grant of Rs. 2,50,000/- in July 2023 from the National Innovation Contest as part of the total funding of Rs. 5,00,000/- along with incubation support from Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell.
A cash prize of Rs. 75,000/- was received from MoE’s IIC SIH 2022 by the student team “Tinkererz” from PG Department of Computer Science for winning 1st Runner Up (2nd Prize) under “Clean and Green Technology” at Maharastra Institute of Technology, Aurangabad (25–26 Aug 2022).

The Govt. Scheme App team from II B.Com A & B pitched their idea in the HCIIC Startup Session and received Rs. 10,000/- funding from Mr. Leo Akash Raj, Founder & President, Pretty Lil Hearts (NGO), Chennai - October 2022.
AI Wonders team (II B.Sc Biotechnology) participated in INNOVATION 2023, National Level Hackathon at St. Joseph’s College, Trichy, and won Third Place with a cash prize of Rs. 3,000/- among 35 teams — March 2023.
