About HRDC
The Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) of Holy Cross College (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli was established in the year 1992 to enhance the employability and holistic development of students. Since its inception, HRDC has been dedicated to empowering students with the skills, confidence, and values required to succeed in an ever-changing professional world.
The Centre acts as a vital link between academia and industry, ensuring that students are equipped not only with academic knowledge but also with the practical skills and personal attributes essential for workplace success.
