The NAAC peer team visit for onsite assessment for IV cycle of Accreditation was held on 11th & 12th February 2020. Holy Cross College received A++ Grade with 3.75/4.

SCOPE

Knowledge-Based Competencies

  • Awareness of disability rights legislation, policies, employment markets, and rehabilitation program planning.

Skill-Based Competencies

  • Conduct client assessments, offer counseling, and develop vocational training for PwDs to match their abilities with job opportunities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, monitor progress, and update rehabilitation plans, while utilizing modern technologies like IoT.

Value or Behavior-Based Competencies

  • Advocate for inclusive practices, ensuring equity and quality in rehabilitation, with a focus on social inclusion and independent living.
  • Involve the community and empower families through partnerships and advocacy for the rights of persons with disabilities (PwDs).
