Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) Placement Report

The Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC), funded by the HCC Alumnae Association, has been effectively functioning since its inception in 1992. The center is dedicated to recognizing and enhancing the hidden talents of students, providing them with the necessary skills to excel in a competitive world. HRDC organizes workshops, webinars, and training programs through its two key cells: the Campus Placement Cell and the Career Guidance Cell.

Over the years, HRDC has collaborated with over 200 recruiters, with students now working at top MNCs such as Accenture, Wipro, TCS, HCL, Infosys, and more. The Placement Cell offers pre-placement training sessions, mock interviews, and mock tests to help students prepare for their careers. Students have been placed in diverse roles including management trainees, HR recruiters, system engineers, business development executives, and clinical analysts.
